We had an insightful evening at our first Growth X AI dinner in San Francisco, surrounded by top Growth leaders sharing the hottest takes in AI!

Thanks to Nirmal Selvaraj (Head of Growth at Grammarly), Julia Cochran Roberts (Head of Growth at Pinterest), Murph Finnicum (Head of Engineering at BeReal), Maria Cuasay (Head of Growth at Ancestry), Jason J. Rhee (Ex-VP Growth, Mercari), Prakul Agarwal (AI Product Lead) for keeping it candid & real.

Some of the spicy hot takes as we went around the table -

1. CEOs will be replaced soon and I'd prefer to work for an AI CEO any day (what a burn 👀 )

2. Growth PMs will be automated. Every repeatable growth use case should be automated so we can focus on strategy. Jeff Hara and I nodded - you can guess why ;)

3. AI will soon be trained on AI content. AI would then start influencing our definition of right and wrong. Decision-making will never be the same.

4. Engineering will be automated. Copywriters will be the highest paid as all logic will be written in unstructured language.

5. People management will be automated. We will never have to write performance reviews (everybody loved this one)

6. People will be nostalgic about content written pre-2021.
