Our Journey
We officially incorporated on January 4th, starting with nothing but an idea on paper. Our first product version? Let’s call it “rough.” Despite that, an early partner agreed to pilot it with their email notifications. By February, we had iterated to a slightly better version.
💡 The First Insight
Our first breakthrough came during a conversation with a growth leader. After a demo filled with buggy features, they cut through the noise: “My problem is I don’t know which notification works best when I’m rotating 20 different ones in an experiment. I don’t know how to make a decision.” That insight hit home. We pivoted to solve exactly that—testing hundreds of variations in one experiment with clear insights for each.
This shift led to our first paid pilot, marking a turning point for our company.
Around the same time, a conversation with another growth leader gave us our tagline: “A state of continuous experimentation.” This encapsulated our mission and resonated deeply with our customers.
💰The First Check
Our initial pilot showed promising results. After weeks of negotiations and meetings, we signed our first annual contract. Soon after, another champion brought us into their new role, securing another major deal.
🤝 Building the Team
Realizing we were understaffed, we prioritized hiring. In the summer, we welcomed our founding engineer, whose contributions were transformative. By mid-year, we onboarded another customer in an unforgettable 2 a.m. call while attending a wedding abroad.

2024 has been a year of relentless learning—from building a team to mastering sales, customer success, and negotiations. We’re ending the year with a clearer understanding of our customers and their pain points. As we look ahead to 2025, our focus will be on building stickiness and driving re-engagement in a category that’s still new to many marketers.
