As we grow our team, we have started thinking about how to continously build a culture of respect, learning and more. These 3 slack channels organically helped us get there.
We have 3 non-project slack channels. It's interesting how they are shaping our company's culture -
There are 300 things to worry about daily. This channel is a good reminder to pause and celebrate every small and big win.
This one started as a ramp-up channel for new folks and has evolved into a channel where we dump everything we learn throughout the day. It's got everything from competitor research to new findings. I'm a big believer in doubling knowledge when people build in collaboration and not in siloes. This channel reinforces it.
- This one imo makes us so human. We come here to complain about frustrations. There's no judgment in this room. We complain about everything from car tickets to low moods to customers who ghost us. For those who know me, you know it's my personal favorite ;)
